a. Information You Provide to Us
i. Account Information
When Brands or Influencers register for an account, we collect information such as name, email address, username, and password.
ii. Information from Brands
To use our Services, Brands must provide information about their business, including company name, logos, and detailed campaign briefs.
iii. Information from Influencers
Influencers must provide accurate personal and professional information for their public profile, which may include a profile picture, biography, and links to social media accounts.
iv. Payment Information
To process payments and manage billing, we collect information such as billing details, bank account information, tax information, and other payment details. This information is securely handled by our third-party financial service providers (including Stripe, Mercury Banking, Ramp.com, and Bill.com). For Influencers in certain regions, we may also collect information required for manual invoicing. We do not store full credit card numbers or raw bank account details on our servers.
v. Campaign and Content Data:
We process all content and materials submitted through the platform as part of a campaign. This includes content proposals, drafts (images, text, and videos), final campaign content created by Influencers, and any "Brand Materials" (e.g., logos, product images) provided by the Brand for use in the campaign.
vi. Communications
We collect the information you provide when you contact us for support or communicate with us. This includes communications managed through our platform as well as through third-party channels. We may communicate with Brands via Slack, and with Influencers via email or social media platforms (e.g., direct messages). The content of these communications and associated data (like your username or social media handle) will be processed to manage campaigns and provide the Services.
b. Data We Collect Automatically
i. Log and Usage Data
We automatically collect information when you access the Services, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your actions.
ii. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your interaction with our Services, remember your preferences, and for analytics.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
i. Provide, operate, and maintain our Services.
ii. Create and manage your account, facilitate campaign contracts, and process transactions.
iii. Use Brand and Influencer names, logos, or other brand materials on our website and in promotional materials to showcase collaborations and market the Services, as agreed in our Terms of Service.
iv. Communicate with you, including sending technical notices, campaign updates, and administrative messages.
v. Provide customer service and manage all communications between Brands and Influencers.
vi. Monitor and analyze trends and usage to improve our platform.
vii. Detect and prevent fraud and protect the rights and property of Plug Software Limited, our Brands, and our Influencers.
